Over Head Water Filter Plant


Slurry water treatment plant for filtration and re circulation of water in the sawing operations in stone quarries. Steel fabricated water sedimentation in stone quarries. Steel fabricated water sedimentation tanks ensure crystal clear filtration and re-cycling of water, which is mixed with marble slurry, hence keeping the environment pollution free. Supply of clean water to the machine enhances fast cutting of stone as well as more production and tool life. The process of filtration involves the collection of slurry mixed water from the machine in an underground tank. Here water is chemically treated by injecting chemical, through a state of the art dozing pump fo speration of water from slurry. Then chemically treated water is pumped through heavy duty slurry pump to conical tank. Here the slurry settles down in the cone of tank and clear water over flows in another tank, which supplies clear, slurry free water to the machine. The deposited slurry in conical tank is removed through a heavy duty sluice valve At the bottom of the tank, directly into truck tanker for disposing slurry at prescribed site, in order to maintain pollution free slurry can be attached on out let of conical tank on request. Size of plant depends on customers requirement.

Filter Press


Filter Press is a separation process, specially employed by solid/liquid separation using the principle of pressure drive, provided by a slurry pump. Filter Press is affixed volume and batch operations, which simply means that the operation must be stopped to discharge the filter cake before the next batch can be started. The major components of filter press are skeleton an filter pack, the skeleton holds the filter pack together while pressure is being developed inside filter chamber. It however can only hold a specific volume of specific volume of solids. Size of the machine depends on its requirement and applications, other some changes can be done according to users requirement.
